OP2000F Waste Oil Filtration System. It features the OP2000RS transfer pump and a spin-on filter system mounted on the outlet side of the pump. This filter can be either a replaceable paper type filter (10 or 3 micron) or a cleanable stainless steel/aluminum filter (35 or 22 micron). This system should be used with a strainer on the inlet side of the pump to protect the gears and extend the life of the filter. Use our Wand. This system will self prime and can be used with long inlet hoses 25 feet long or longer. It has a filter bypass system that allow the user to transfer cold veggie oil without running it through the filter. You must warm WVO to at least 90 degrees to filter it. Immediate filter plugging will result if you try to filter cold WVO (5 gallons at best). A cleanable filter is a very good idea if filtering WVO. Inquire about cleanable filter option. Output: 4-5 GPM (filtered oil) depending on it's temperature. Warmer oil pumps faster.
