VERY efficient way of heating SVO with coolant. Coolant and fuel flow in opposite directions across the multiple plates, each of which has a herringbone pattern inside, this creates turbulance and excellent heat exchnge in a compact unit. For Cummins pickups and other buses, tractors, generators, and larger, higher fuel flow rate applications use the HP-26. Internally threaded. Fittings to connect coolant and fuel lines ( for 3/8" ID hose) and mounting bracket are included!

Please note: we no longer ship the HotPlates with brass fittings. Brass fittings are very expensive. We had a price increase on the HotPlates, and to avoid answering many questions about problems with brass and to avoid needing to raise prices on the HotPlates, we went to plastic. They're top quality - same stuff we've used for years for our coolant T's with never a reported failure. Just be sure to use only Permatex High Temperature Thread Sealant (Amazon has it, believe it or not) and you'll be fine.
