Components and combinations of components ("kits") supplied by Plant Drive US. are used to enable the use of biodiesel in colder weather, or vegetable oil, as an alternative to petroleum based diesel engine fuels, within certain limits (primarily, but not limited to, the condition and type of vegetable oil, ambient temperature, and type and condition of engine and fuel system). Although this and similar systems have shown the techniques used to be generally an acceptable method of reducing viscosity of vegetable oil and/or biodiesel, thereby making these fuels feasible for use as fuel in a diesel engine without modifications to the engine, both research and practical results vary. Plant Drive US. has attempted to develop a kit that will deliver good performance, but the kit is to be considered experimental by the user.
Purchaser accepts all risks, legal liability and obligations of installation and use. Regulations vary by jurisdiction, and onus is on end user to check compliance. Company policy is “continuous product development”, and we reserve the right to make changes and improvements without incurring any obligation to provide materials or make any other retroactive changes to previously supplied versions. All components are warranted for at least one year from date of purchase. We will provide replacements or equivalent value refund for goods returned to us, at purchaser's expense, that are found by our tests to be defective. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are valid.
